Did you know?   Manatee County Homeless Coalition estimates 64% of Manatee County homeless are families with children and only 40% have a regular place to stay.  Their primary need is dependable shelter and food.

As a Family Promise Interfaith Hospitality Network Host, Trinity provides the families that are a part of this ministry network with sleeping accommodations, meals and comprehensive support.

 “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat.  I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink.  I was a stranger and you invited me in.”  (Matthew 25:35)

Habitat for Humanity - Trinity is a part of the United Methodist Habitat House construction team.  The team's latest project was in Palmetto, Florida during the spring of 2008.  No house is currently under construction.  Please check back frequently to check on the status of the team's current project. 

Young Life Youth Ministry - Reaching local middle school and high school youth with the good news of Christ. 

Food Box projects - Feeding local families in need.

United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) - providing assistance for catastrophic disaster relief domestically and internationally.

United Methodist Women - The organized unit of United Methodist Women is a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.  The organization supports spiritual growth, domestic and international missions, social action, mission education and mission service opportunities.
